“When we check-in the first day the front desk was really helpful. But I wouldn’t recommend this hotel is about the breakfast, staff and the room. First, the breakfast the food and the coffee run out we went to tell the person that the food is out. She roll her eye at us and look us from the top to bottom. And the reason why I said “we” is cuz is not just me that went to tell the person in the kitchen to fill more food. There’s couple of people that went to tell them. When we went there, we saw……

“The hotel was ok. Fairly clean, meaning there were were places around the property that could use some TLC. The carpet in the stairwell had the same dried mud crumbled on it for each of the 4 days we were there, our bedside table was falling apart and the emergency cover in the elevator kept falling off and was just wedged into the opening. The room was good for the most part, had a very damp kind of oder to it, but was able to open the window and that helped immensely. Shower head was very……

“Being a Hampton Inn I expected more, overall it was good, the breakfast was standard fare and did the job. Parking was good. The worst thing was we were there for 8 days and had to beg for towels, empty trash. Our bed made only once. I asked the front desk after a couple days for housekeeping to come and do a full clean - vacuum, mop, trash, bed etc. Not done! We paid good money and never been so disappointed. The staff was nice enough but doesn’t excuse the lack of cleaning.”

“Residence Inn was clean, smelled nice, had great amenities and the staff were friendly. The free breakfast each morning is a nice bonus. We stayed in a one bedroom suite. The suite was clean, spacious, comfortable and everything we needed. There was a full kitchen (except there is no oven) that was perfect for our stay. We had groceries delivered from the local Walmart to be able to eat in a few times. Our family of 4 found this location, hotel, and Waterpark exactly what we needed for our……

“Loved that 2 King beds were available. Guys at front doesn’t was very helpful and pleasant. Only thing that I had problems with was the tub. The sides were tall to step over for a handicap person. And no o didn’t ask for a handicap room. Only thing I would suggest for them to get mini fridge with the small freezer due traveling you need yo refresh ice packs and Stuff. As an example I needed mine froze to keep my insulin cold during my travel.”
